Luminent Solutions started by David Schafer and Paul Keogan with a simple yet powerful vision: Provide OnDemand Phone Counseling to those who can not or will not access counseling via the traditional face-to-face method.
Luminent Counseling quickly became a premier online counseling service.
Luminent saw an opportunity to expand its services in the market for seamlessly connecting web browsing with direct voice interaction. By late 2007, Luminent was partnering with organizations looking to connect their associates with their leads, clients, or constituents. Luminent’s platform was popular because it was simple and effective.
In early 2008, Luminent launched LiveConX. LiveConX allows users to click on a button and receive a phone call. Calls go to all phone lines, not just computer phones. Simply put, LiveConX turns web visitors into clients.
