How LiveConX works -- On your website

Each staff member can have their own LiveConX button(s)! You can place the button anywhere on the web including your website, banner ads, even in your emails! Clients can see when a staff member is available to speak and can click on the Call Now button to receive a phone call. Group administrators or Staff members can set their status to "available" or "not available" to take calls from their management console.

Your phone numbers are never provided or exposed to your callers, so you can take calls on your cell, home, or friend's house and never need to provide a phone number!

Your LiveConX buttons and links can be displayed with almost any look and feel. For those not familiar with HTML, don't worry! Luminent provides the exact code you'll need to place a LiveConX button or link on your website or anywhere else. For those of you familar with HTML, we've designed LiveConX so that the look and feel of your LiveConX button or link is only limited by your imagination.

Once the Call Now button is clicked, the client will be directed to enter their phone number. The client's phone will ring a few seconds after the Call Me button is clicked.

Once the client answers the phone, LiveConX will direct the client to press 1 to accept the call. LiveConX then calls your representative. Once your representative answers the phone, LiveConX connects the call.

The call ends when someone disconnects or the maximum time limit (that you set) is reached. The call transaction details are viewable in your Console's transaction log.
