The web visitor simply clicks on a button to initiate a call to a specific representative. LiveConX then calls your web visitor and then your representative. When both are on the phone, we connect the call.
The WebCall presentation engine automatically determines if a representative is available to take calls and only presents the call button when the representative is available.
Group Manager
Each organization defines the representatives that are available for contact.
Representatives can be presented to visitors in several ways:

Availability Manager
Each representative sets their own availability. This ensures that your organization maximizes successful contact.
Each representative sets the phone number to receive the call. These numbers or addresses are never exposed to the web user.
How LiveConX works:
LiveConX allows a web user to click on the button of an associate on your website and immediately speak to that person.
You simply place a LiveConX button(s) on your website for your clients to click. When a client clicks on the button, our system calls your firm and the client and then, when both are on the phone, we connect the call.
Calls can go to any phone, not just computer phones. Some visitors are much more likely to click on a button to receive a call than to pick up the phone and make a call.
